Hi! I was born and raised in Colorado and I love Pagosa Springs. The climate, the 300 plus days of sunshine and the family oriented, community atmosphere make it a wonderful place to call home. My husband, Tim, and I feel so good about raising our family here.
I take my full-time real estate career very seriously. I have been listing and selling real estate in Pagosa for 16 years now and I was voted Local Realtor of the Year for 1999, which was a real honor for me. I am knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of real estate and I pride myself on superior service, follow through and honesty. I feel like I understand the resort buyer and I know that a purchase can sometimes be a lengthy process; this doesn’t scare me. I work with many people for several years while they gather the information and resources necessary to feel comfortable making a purchase. It is a big decision. It is extremely important to me that my clients continuously use me for their real estate needs and that they feel comfortable referring their family and friends to me.
I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), plus, I have my Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. Both of these designations require a tremendous amount of experience and continuing education. I am also a member of the Colorado and National Association of REALTORS®, as well as, the National Relocation/Referral System.
My husband, Tim, is a contractor and between his knowledge of building and my knowledge of real estate we are a great resource for many of my customers.
I spent my youth in Denver. I attended Fort Lewis College in Durango and later transferred to Mesa College in Grand Junction where I obtained my BA Degree in Recreation Administration. I moved to Pagosa Springs in 1993 from Breckenridge, CO and I have never once regretted my decision to relocate here.
Southwestern Colorado provides a wonderful playground for all of the activities that I love, plus so much more. I enjoy taking our horses out for a ride, camping and hiking, One of my favorite things to do is to spend an evening in front of a crackling campfire with my family.
