Ours is a friendly, low pressure office with agents who are not pressured to meet quotas. We can spend the time with you whether you’re shopping for a condo, home, an acreage parcel, a resort lot, or a ranch. Our agents cover the spectrum of personality and background. In this website our agents are shown in photos and give a few of their personal reasons for living here and selling real estate.

Convenient Location

We have an easy to find office on Main Street in downtown Pagosa Springs next to the Courthouse. There is plenty of parking for cars or campers. Because we are downtown we are conveniently located near the Courthouse, real estate title services, lenders, attorneys, and other services that smooth the path of property purchase.

Personally. . .

As for me, I certainly like all of the aspects of mountain life that all others find enjoyable. I get out and enjoy many recreational activities from time to time such as motor cycling, backpacking and fly fishing, but just the drive down Putt Hill each morning looking at the view of the Continental Divide arching around Pagosa Springs is enough for me to know I’m living in the right place. I live just west of Pagosa Springs with my wife and daughters. My oldest daughter, Sherry, earned an art degree from Ft. Lewis College in Durango and is now married. I was recently blessed to become a grandfather of my first grandson, Noah James. Alisha, my second daughter is currently studying for a music degree at Ft.. Lewis College, and Kimberly, my youngest is studying at Mesa State for a degree in English.

We certainly enjoy the mountain life and all the amenities that Pagosa offers. A very special aspect of this area that we love is the strong Christian community. This area strongly attracts a large sized community of good Christian people who make good neighbors and friends. We are proud that the Pagosa Springs Area supports three Christian schools. It is especially satisfying to know that each Sunday morning churches across the San Juans are full of people praising and worshipping God.
